1. 100% Secure Prepaid Orders To ensure the highest quality of service, minimize delays, and support the dedicated artisans behind our handcrafted collections, The Chic Soul Store operates on a 100% Prepaid Model.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be paid in full at checkout via our highly secure payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets).
2. Order Processing Times We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding major public holidays.
Apparel & Standard Merchandise: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Handcrafted Jewelry & Artisan Items: Because these items are intricately made by hand without factory machinery, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for processing and quality checks before dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.
4. Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched from our base in Guwahati, delivery timelines depend on your location:
Northeast India: 2 to 4 business days.
Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by regional holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.
5. Order Tracking As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate after receiving the email.
6. Undelivered Packages & Incorrect Addresses Please ensure that your complete shipping address (including pin code and a working phone number) is entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or if the courier is unable to reach you after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a second shipment.
Reshipping may incur a nominal additional delivery charge.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our facility. If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if items are missing, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at [Insert Customer Service Email] with clear photographs of the package and its contents so we can resolve the issue immediately.
