Q: What materials are your t-shirts made from?
A: All our t-shirts are crafted from 100% premium bio-washed cotton. Bio-washing makes the fabric softer, more breathable, and resistant to shrinkage — ideal for Assam's warm and humid climate. Our tees are unisex and true to size.
Q: What sizes are available?
A: We offer sizes from S to 4XL. Please refer to our Size Guide page for exact measurements before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes! COD is available across India. A nominal handling fee applies to COD orders. Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking) enjoy completely free shipping.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 4–7 working days for most locations in India, including Northeast India. Remote areas may take 2–3 additional days.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Yes. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at chicsoulstores@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Q: The size I ordered doesn't fit. What do I do?
A: Email us at thechicsoulstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange an exchange for the right size at no extra charge (subject to availability).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within India. International shipping is in the works — join our newsletter to be notified when it launches!
Q: Are the designs officially licensed?
A: Our designs are original artistic tributes. All design rights are owned by The Chic Soul Store. We operate with cultural respect and do not commercially exploit any individual's image without appropriate authorization.

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order on the courier's website or contact us for assistance.
