1. How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your desired t-shirt design, choose your size, and add it to the cart. When ready, proceed to checkout and provide your shipping details and payment information.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Indian payment options including UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay), credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets like Paytm and Mobikwik.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within Assam typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Deliveries to other Northeast states take 4-7 days, and the rest of India within 5-10 business days after dispatch.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we email or SMS you a tracking link so you can monitor your package’s journey in real time.

5. What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition. Personalized/customized t-shirts and final sale items are non-returnable. For details, visit our Return & Refund Policy page.

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Notify us within 7 days at chicsoulstores@gmail.com with order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide page for detailed instructions and measurements tailored for Indian body types. If you need help, contact support before ordering.

8. Are your t-shirts true to Indian size standards?
Yes, our t-shirts are designed to fit Indian body measurements comfortably with a regular fit. We recommend sizing up if you prefer a looser fit.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India but are working towards international fulfillment soon.

10. Can I customize a t-shirt design?
At the moment, we focus on exclusive Zubeen Garg tribute designs. Custom orders are not available yet.
